Intel has just announced a new series of Intel® Atom ™ mobile dual-core processors available on the market. These netbooks are provided by manufacturers Acer, ASUS, Fujitsu, Lenovo, LG, Samsung, MSI, and Toshiba.

'In its fledgling history, the netbook market is experiencing an impressive growth,' said Erik Reid, Intel's Mobile Platform Group Marketing Manager. 'We have shipped about 70 million Intel Atom chips for netbooks since the launch of this product line in 2008, clearly having a big market for these devices worldwide'.
These Intel Atom dual-core netbooks today are available at stores and at numerous discounted selling points. These are the product lines of Acer, ASUS, Fujitsu, Lenovo, LG, Samsung, MSI, Toshiba and other manufacturers that will be launched on the market from now until the end of the year.
