Sony presents Vaio Pro 11 village, weighs less than 1 kg
Not massively launching new products like many other companies, Sony brought to Computex 2013 Vaio Duo 11. Sony's new laptop weighs less than 1 kilogram, has an 11.6-inch touchscreen with Full HD resolution.
It uses Intel Core processor i latest Haswell platform, designed from both aluminum and plastic materials. Keyboard with backlight.
Like most ultra-thin ultrabooks, the Vaio Pro 11 has a built-in battery that is difficult to remove instead. However, the word 'pro' of the product shows Sony towards business customers , who often require a good battery laptop.
Sony fulfills this requirement by retrofitting an extra battery, allowing you to purchase an extra battery to attach to the bottom of the device. With an external battery, the battery life will be doubled. Of course, in return, the thickness of the machine will be significantly increased.
Sony Vaio Pro 11 version at Computex is equipped with Core i7 processor, but perhaps the commercial version will have more processor options. Machine with RAM capacity can be up to 8GB, 256GB SSD. Regarding the connector, Vaio Pro 11 has 2 USB 3.0 ports, 1 HDMI port, 1 headphone jack, 1 SD card reader.
Sony has not announced the price nor the time of this product.
