Mozilla dropped Google, choosing Yahoo as a search engine
Mozilla announced that, starting from December, Yahoo Search will be the default search engine for Firefox web browser in the US market.

However, users can still set up other default search tools such as Google, Bing, eBay, Amazon, Wikipedia . Previously, Google Search was installed by default on Firefox since 2004.
Firefox is currently the third-largest web browser in the world (with about 14%), after Internet Explorer and Chrome.
According to Business Insider, the cooperation between Mozilla and Yahoo will last for 5 years. It is estimated that in 2012, 97.9% of the revenue that Mozilla achieved was due to cooperation with search engines.
