This is a universal smartphone program to 100% people in Vietnam. The government will produce Vietnamese smartphones costing only about $ 45-50. In particular, the network operator will compensate 10USD for each product. Developers of pre-installed applications on the device will also support an additional 1 USD / application, each machine will have about 10 basic applications, so the price will be reduced by about 10 USD.
The manufacturer will also subsidize when it reaches the user, the price of the smartphone is only in the range of 20 USD - less than 500,000 VND.
2020 promises to be a booming year for the information and communication industry. This is the first year that the task of building an e-government is returned to the Ministry of Information and Communications, which is also the first year Vietnam started a mobile-based digital government program, providing services on mobile platforms.
