What started as a small experiment has become the way many people organize discussions in the app. In addition to organization, ChatGPT Projects are great for keeping context consistent across related conversations.

People have a lot of random thoughts throughout the day, and while keeping a paper diary is certainly helpful, sometimes you'll want to explore them more deeply. While you'd rather ask for other people's opinions, ChatGPT is often a good way to get real-time feedback.

Whenever you want to change your goal or move to the next level, you can refer to one of your chats here. Keeping everything in one place means ChatGPT knows more about you, resulting in less back and forth when creating new schedules and the like.

If goal-oriented is your number one priority, you should try every system imaginable to track your progress, like creating a Notion dashboard , adding sticky notes to your walls, buying a whiteboard to write down constant reminders, etc. While some of these will work, you need feedback — beyond your own awareness — to keep making progress.
