How to Unlock Toon Link Character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Pass Classic Game Mode (Classic)

Complete The Subspace Emissary. This is the main story mode of the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Please select this mode in the Solo screen in the main menu. You are allowed to choose the difficulty level and the adventure will begin. You can find out for yourself tips that will help you pass the Subspace Emissary game mode.

You can win in the Subspace Emissary game mode by using whichever character you have.

You don't have to complete Subspace Emissary mode 100%, just defeating the final boss is enough.

Go beyond Classic mode. Classic Mode is a single-player mode in Smash Bros. You can enter Classic mode from the Solo section of the main menu.

You can use any character to win in Classic mode.

Defeat Toon Link character. After passing Classic mode, Toon Link will challenge you in the Great Sea level. After defeating Toon Link in a duel, you can select this character in the Character Select panel in any mode.

Searching for Toon Link in the Forest

Pass through The Subspace Emissary mode. This is the main story mode in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. You can choose this game mode on the Solo screen in the main menu. Choose the difficulty level and the adventure will begin. You can find out the winning tips yourself in the Subspace Emissary game mode.

You have the ability to progress through the Subspace Emissary game mode using any character you have.

You don't need to complete 100% of Subspace Emissary mode, just defeat the final boss and you'll be fine.

Return to the Forest. After beating Subspace Emissary mode at least once, return to the Jungle. The Forest level is located in the lower left corner of the Subspace Emissary map.

You can choose any character you have to challenge Toon Link.

Enter the secret door. At the very beginning of the Forest level, you will find a new door above the second step. Enter this door to begin the battle with Toon Link.

Defeat Toon Link. The battle will begin after introducing the level and character Toon Link. If you have defeated Toon Link in hand-to-hand combat, you will be able to select this character in the Character Select panel in any mode.

Play lots of Fighting Matches

Play 400 Brawl matches (fierce matches). If you don't like playing the single-player mode, you can unlock Toon Link by playing 400 Brawl matches. You can play these matches against the console, play with others directly on the console, or play online. After the 400th game, the Toon Link character will challenge the winner of those fierce matches.

Defeat Toon Link. After defeating Toon Link in a duel, you can select this character in the Character Select panel in any game mode.
