How to Earn Clan Points and Use the Clan Shop in PUBG Mobile

PUBG Mobile's clan system can reward members with Clan Points for participating in eligible clan activities. Open the Clan page from the lobby, check the current missions or training tasks, and claim completed rewards. You can then spend the points on items listed in the Clan Shop.

The available tasks, reward amounts, and shop inventory can change between seasons and regional versions. Use the values displayed in your game rather than an old points table.

Join or create a clan first

Clan missions and the Clan Shop are available only after the account belongs to a clan. From the lobby, open Clan and either apply to an existing group or create one if the account meets the current requirements.

An active clan is usually more useful than an inactive one because members can complete team objectives and maintain clan activity. Review the clan's language, play schedule, and participation rules before joining.

How to earn Clan Points

1. Open the Clan page from the main lobby.
2. Look for Training, Missions, Activity, or a similarly named task section.
3. Read each objective and its deadline. Tasks may involve playing matches, surviving for a period, finishing with clanmates, or completing other normal activities.
4. Play eligible modes while the task is active.
5. Return to the clan page and claim any completed rewards.

Some rewards are credited automatically, while others require a manual claim. If progress does not increase, verify that you are playing an eligible mode, using the correct account, and completing the exact condition. Leaving a match early may prevent progress from being recorded.

Buy items in the Clan Shop

1. Open Clan and select Shop.
2. Check the item's price, quantity limit, duration, and whether it is permanent or time-limited.
3. Select the item and quantity.
4. Confirm the purchase only after reviewing the Clan Point total.
5. Check the Inventory, Mail, or relevant customization page if the item does not appear immediately.

Clan Shop items can rotate or refresh. A cosmetic or coupon shown in an older guide may no longer be offered. Avoid spending points solely because an item is available; save them if none of the current rewards is useful to you.

If clan tasks or purchases are not working

• Restart the game and reopen the Clan page to refresh progress.
• Confirm that the task has not expired or reached a weekly limit.
• Check whether the item has a per-account purchase limit.
• Look in Mail or Inventory for a delivered reward.
