How to Enable and Use Quick Scope Switch in PUBG Mobile

Quick Scope Switch lets you change compatible sights in PUBG Mobile without opening the backpack. Enable it in the game's controls or scope settings, then use the on-screen scope button during a match to choose another optic from your inventory.

Enable Quick Scope Switch

1. From the lobby, open Settings.
2. Look under Controls, Scope, or Advanced Controls. The section name can vary by version.
3. Find Quick Scope Switch and turn it on.
4. Enter a training session and check where the scope-switch button appears on the HUD.
5. If the button blocks another control, use the control-layout editor to move or resize it.

If the option is missing, update the game through its official store and check the control settings again. Some modes or regional versions may use a different layout.

Change a scope during a match

1. Pick up at least two compatible sights and a weapon that can equip them.
2. Hold the weapon you want to modify.
3. Tap the Quick Scope Switch button.
4. Select the optic you want from the available list.
5. Confirm visually that the sight on the active weapon changed before aiming.

The menu shows only sights that are available and compatible with the active weapon. An optic attached to another gun may be unavailable until it is removed or swapped, depending on the current inventory rules and available space.

Choose the right optic for the fight

• Close range: A red-dot or holographic sight gives a wide view and fast target acquisition.
• Mid range: A moderate magnification can help with controlled bursts or single shots without narrowing the view too much.
• Long range: Higher magnification is useful for precise shots, but recoil and the smaller field of view make it less comfortable at close distance.

Magnification alone does not make a weapon accurate. Weapon recoil, firing mode, attachments, stance, and sensitivity settings still matter. Practice with the same two or three optics so switching does not force you to relearn the aim feel in the middle of a fight.

Practical quick-switch tips

• Switch behind cover, not while standing in an open doorway or field.
• Place the button where it is reachable without interfering with fire, peek, or aim controls.
• Keep enough backpack space so an exchanged scope has somewhere to go.
• Check the active weapon before tapping; changing the wrong gun can waste the opening in a fight.
• Use the training area to compare sensitivity at each magnification.

Quick Scope Switch saves several inventory taps, but it is most useful when paired with deliberate positioning. Select the optic before exposing yourself whenever possible, and treat an emergency mid-fight swap as a backup rather than the normal plan.
