PUBG Mobile's Royale Pass combines a free reward track with optional paid rewards. You earn RP Points by completing the missions and events shown for the active pass, then claim unlocked rewards from the Royale Pass screen. Some passes also include a redemption area where eligible points or currency can be exchanged for selected items.
The pass name, menu labels, rewards, eligibility rules, and UC prices can change between cycles. Check the active pass inside the game before spending. PUBG Mobile's official events page is the best place to confirm the current Royale Pass announcement.
Open the active Royale Pass
From the lobby, select the Royale Pass entry. Its position may change after an interface update, but it is normally presented as a prominent seasonal banner or button.

Review three areas before buying anything:
- Rewards: compare the free and paid tracks and note which rank unlocks each item.
- Missions: check the available tasks, their expiration times, and how many RP Points they award.
- Redeem or Shop: see which items can be exchanged, what currency each requires, and whether a paid pass is necessary.
How to redeem a Royale Pass item
Step 1: Open the current Royale Pass and look for Redeem, Point Shop, or a similarly named shopping section. The screenshots below show an older layout, so follow the current labels on your version of the game.

Step 2: Select an item and read the purchase panel carefully. Confirm the required rank, pass type, currency, quantity limit, and validity period. RP Points, UC, vouchers, and other event currencies are not interchangeable unless the screen explicitly says so.

Step 3: If the item is available to your account and the cost is correct, confirm the exchange. Return to the rewards screen or inventory to verify that the item arrived. Do not repeat the purchase immediately if the server is slow; first check your balance and in-game mail.
If the item requires an Elite Pass
Some rewards or redemption options are limited to the paid track. When the game displays an upgrade prompt, compare the available pass tiers and the benefits listed on that exact screen.

Ignore old prices quoted in guides or screenshots. UC costs and included ranks can change, and regional versions may present different purchase options. Buy UC only through the game or an authorized channel listed for your region. Never send account credentials or verification codes to a seller.
Check value before spending UC
- Count how many ranks you can realistically earn before the pass ends.
- Identify the specific paid rewards you actually want.
- Check whether unspent points or point cards expire at the end of the cycle.
- Do not assume a cosmetic item improves weapon damage or player statistics.
- Take a screenshot of the offer and receipt if a purchase fails to deliver.
Players switching between regional editions should also understand the differences described in the PUBG Mobile VNG and International comparison. For account safety, review the behaviors that can lead to a PUBG Mobile restriction.
When the Redeem button is missing
First confirm that the pass is active and that you are viewing the correct season. Then restart the game, install any pending update from the official app store, and check the in-game announcements for maintenance. A redemption area may also be hidden until you reach a required rank or purchase the eligible pass tier. If currency was deducted without a reward, use the in-game customer-service option and include the transaction details.
