How to download Zalo PC and log in to Zalo on your computer.

1. Download Zalo PC to your computer.

Step 1:  After downloading the Zalo .exe file, double-click on the file to begin the installation. The installation process is automatic; you just need to wait for it to complete.

Step 2:  Once Zalo is installed on your PC, you will see the Zalo login interface.

2. How to log in to Zalo on a computer

There are 3 ways you can log in to your Zalo account.

You already have a Zalo account and are logged in to Zalo on your phone.

Right on the Zalo PC interface, you will find a QR code. This QR code has an expiration date, and if it expires, you must renew it to be able to log in again. 

Once you have the QR code, open the Zalo app on your phone. Then select the QR code located in the upper right corner, as shown in the image below.

Point the QR code scanner at the QR code displayed in the login window on your computer. Zalo will automatically log you in to your computer.

The system will ask you to confirm logging into your Zalo account on your computer; select "Log In" below to agree to log in to Zalo PC.

After that, Zalo on your phone will display a notification that you have successfully logged in to Zalo PC. If you want to log out of Zalo on your computer, you can select "Open list of logged-in computers" > select "Log out of Zalo account on the logged-in computer".

With Zalo on your computer, you can easily search for friends via phone number, chat, send stickers, send files, and make video calls. Besides Zalo PC, Zalo also has a zalo web version so you can stay in touch with friends directly in your browser without needing to install software on your computer.

If you already have an account, enter your phone number, password, and finally the verification code to log in to Zalo. 

I don't have a Zalo account yet.

If you don't have an account yet, select Other options, then select Create new account . Zalo will ask if you want to unlog in your Zalo account. Select Yes to start creating a new Zalo account using a different phone number.

After you confirm creating a new account, Zalo will give you a new interface where you can enter your new phone number. This is how you can create accounts for other people.

Next, follow the instructions to create a new account. Zalo will then ask you to enter a password, then verify your phone number by sending a verification code to that number. Finally, confirm your account and create your Zalo account.

3. How to log in to Zalo without a password, and how to log in to Zalo when you've forgotten your password?

Step 1: This is the option to use if you forget your Zalo account password and want to log in using your phone number. Select the Phone Number tab and choose Forgot Password below.

You will now see the Zalo Security option on your Zalo app; select that notification. 

Step 2: In the Zalo Security notification, you will receive a login request. Select "This is me" to agree to log in to Zalo PC via your phone number.

Once you've logged in, you'll receive a notification that your login request has been accepted. Select "View login history" to see which devices you've logged into Zalo on.

In the list of logged-in devices, you can select to log out the devices that are currently logged in.

Log out of Zalo on your computer.

On the Zalo interface on your computer, select the Settings icon (gear icon) and choose Log Out to sign out of your logged-in Zalo account on your computer.

When you want to log in to your Zalo PC account on another device, you should log out of your Zalo account on your PC so that the system doesn't receive too many notifications when you log in to Zalo on another computer.

Logging into your Zalo account by scanning a QR code or using an OTP code when you've forgotten your password is a really convenient way for users who can't remember their Zalo login password. This is especially useful when you need to urgently communicate with friends or colleagues on Zalo.
