Canva's AI-powered translation tool makes it easy for users to translate slide content into multiple languages while maintaining the original layout and aesthetics. Thanks to the application of artificial intelligence, the translation process is not only fast but also ensures high accuracy, fitting the context and the intended message.
The highlight of this tool is its ability to integrate directly into the design platform, eliminating the need for users to manually copy or edit each piece of content. With just a few simple steps, the entire slide can be translated into the desired language. Below is a guide on how to translate slides using Canva AI.
How to translate entire slides in Canva AI
Step 1:
First, we upload the slides to Canva AI, for example, the English slides below.
Look at the toolbar on the left and click on the Translate tool to proceed.
Step 2:
In the slide translation settings interface, select the language you want to translate from the current slide language to.
Below, you choose the tone you want to use in the slide, depending on the purpose of your slide. Then you select Translate page or translate the text currently on the page.
The tool automatically detects existing text in the slide and lets you choose which text to translate if you select this translation method.
Alternatively, you can choose to translate individual pages within a slide by selecting the page you want to translate. If you want to translate all pages, select that slide and then click the Translate button below to proceed.
Step 3:
Immediately afterwards, you will see the content of the slides translated into your chosen language. Each translated slide page will appear fully within the current slide, maintaining the original layout. You can then adjust the font, colors, and other details in the slides to create a more complete presentation.
