How to Report a Player in PUBG Mobile

PUBG Mobile lets you report suspected cheating, team killing, harassment, exploit abuse, and other misconduct from the results screen, a player's profile, or in-game Customer Service. Choose the most accurate category and include the correct Player ID; a clear report is more useful than an angry description.

Button names and locations may change with updates, so follow the current interface when it differs from the older screenshots.

Report from the match results

When the suspected player appears in the death, spectate, or results flow, use the Report button shown on that screen. Select the correct player, choose the behavior you actually observed, add any requested details, and submit once.

PUBG Mobile's official cheating-report guide recommends the in-game report button because it helps the system associate the report with the relevant match data.

Choose the right category

• Cheating or unauthorized tools: impossible information, movement, aiming, damage, or other behavior that reasonably suggests unfair assistance.
• Team killing or griefing: deliberate harm, sabotage, or abusive use of the carry feature.
• Verbal or text abuse: harassment, threats, hate, or prohibited chat behavior.
• Bug exploitation: intentional use of an unintended mechanic or restricted position for an advantage.
• Inappropriate name or profile: prohibited text or imagery.

Do not select every category. Report what you observed and leave the investigation to the game's security system.

Report a recent teammate or another known player

If you already left the results screen, open the social or friends panel from the lobby.

Look for Recent, Recent Teams, or match history, then open the correct player's profile.

The current profile may contain a report menu under a more-options icon, Tier Overview, or another profile section. If the person is not in recent players, use Add Friend or player search with the exact nickname or numeric ID, open the data page, and look for Report.

Verify the account before submitting. Similar names, symbols, and renamed players make the numeric Player ID the safest identifier.

Use Customer Service for detailed evidence

For an incident that needs a longer explanation or video, open Settings > Customer Service and search for the report-cheating or player-report flow. Older interfaces may have exposed this under Error Report or Other.

Include:

• the reported player's exact nickname and Player ID;
• your own Player ID and game edition;
• the approximate match date and time, server, map, and mode;
• a short description of the specific behavior;
• a brief video link when the official form requests one; and
• the match or report reference if one is available.

Trim video to the relevant moment and keep the original file. Do not publish private information or encourage others to mass-report the account.

Report and block are different

Reporting asks the game to review conduct. Blocking prevents or reduces further contact, invitations, or communication depending on the feature. When a player is harassing you, report the violation first, then block the account if the option is available.

Track the result

PUBG Mobile may send an in-game message or display report progress in the Security Center after review. A report does not guarantee a penalty; unusual skill, lag, spectate delay, or replay limitations can resemble cheating.

If the report button is missing

• Update the game from the official store.
• Check the player's profile or recent-teammates list.
• Use in-game Customer Service rather than an unofficial social-media contact.
• Take a screenshot of the missing option and include it in a support request.
• For general support, use the official PUBG Mobile support portal.

Accurate reporting protects other players and gives investigators useful match context. Avoid retaliating, confronting a suspected cheater, or using prohibited tools to “prove” the claim.
