Google recently released a plugin for Outlook users - a famous Microsoft email client, can make a call, join, or schedule a Google Hangout video call right in Outlook's Mail or Calendar function. . This feature only supports users with Google Apps Business accounts and requires computers to run Windows 7 or 8, and support Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013 versions.
After the Hangouts plugin is downloaded and installed, Outlook users will see a new icon that allows you to schedule a Hangout from Outlook Mail or Outlook Calendar. You can also join a Hangout by clicking the email link from the invitee.
