Google Chrome is becoming the world's dominant browser.
Following Chrome, Microsoft's Internet Explorer continued to take second place with 25% . Then there's Firefox with 20% and Apple's Safari.
In fact, Google Chrome has made a spectacular " upstream" move since May last year, surpassing the world's most-used browser with 32.76% market share, while rival IE only also holds 31.94% of the overall market share.
However, Google Chrome is increasingly far ahead of its competitors. With 43%, Google Chrome has reached the market share of Internet Explorer at the time of 2011. At that time, Google Chrome was only modestly ranked third with 19% market share.
Interestingly, although accounting for 43% of the world market share, in North America, Google Chrome has a market share of at least 36%, which is only 1% higher than Oceania .

Meanwhile, also in North America, Microsoft's market share of Microsoft accounted for 30%. Apple's Safari browser also has a large market share in North America.
It is said that North America is the main location of both Microsoft and Apple. Therefore, the fight for market share is more intense.
In South America, Google Chrome is most commonly used with 63% market share. Followed by Asia and Africa with 47% and 43% respectively.
The Firefox browser has the highest market share in Africa at a rate of 34% . Meanwhile, in South America the market for 'fire fox' is the lowest with only 15%.
The market share of Internet Explorer is highest in North America with 30% . Africa is where Microsoft's browser accounts for the lowest rate of 15%.
The war for market share among Internet browsers has passed the most intense competition. The result was over with the victory of Google's Chrome browser . With the utilities that Google integrates into its browser, Chrome will increasingly outstrip its competitors if neither Microsoft nor Firefox has any significant changes.
