Alpha 680, a laptop equipped with Google's mobile operating system, has a 7-inch screen and a 1 GB SSD for $ 250.

Alpha 680 was produced by Guangzhou Skytone Transmission Technologies and will be available in the third quarter of 2009.

It is equipped with 7-inch LCD screen, 800 x 480 pixel resolution, 128 MB DDR2 RAM (expandable to 256 MB).

Connect to Wi-Fi and use touch mouse rollers.
