Alpha 680 was produced by Guangzhou Skytone Transmission Technologies and will be available in the third quarter of 2009.
It is equipped with 7-inch LCD screen, 800 x 480 pixel resolution, 128 MB DDR2 RAM (expandable to 256 MB).
