Continuum's new feature on Windows 10 Mobile
Finally, Microsoft added a new feature to Windows 10 Mobile in the Windows Insider program. Over the past few months, Microsoft has focused on fixes and improvements for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview, but has not added any notable features to this operating system. Those new changes will be available in Windows 10 Mobile build 15235 release.
On Wednesday, Microsoft added new features to Windows 10 Mobile Continuum. Continuum now includes portrait mode, which means it will work better for users with vertical screen settings. Previously, there was no way to make Continuum compatible with the phone screen orientation, but this new portrait mode will fix that. Keep in mind that Continuum will not automatically adapt to your screen, so you need to activate the orientation of your screen.
To do that, go to Settings> System> Display on the phone and select Connected Displa y from the Select Display menu. Then change Display Orientation to Portrait to activate the new screen orientation. This direction will not change automatically, so you will have to reconnect your phone to the screen if you are using a wired or wireless connection.
