According to Decree 49, all mobile subscribers must have accurate information about their full name, ID card, date of issue and place of issuance .; and in addition to information about users of subscriber numbers, a portrait of the subscriber is required.
This is a regulation to manage mobile subscribers more closely to avoid garbage SIM, and help protect customer information better. So MobiFone is expected to actively send messages to subscribers who have not updated enough information and portraits to invite customers to supplement. To check information for MobiFone subscribers, users can follow the instructions below.
Instructions for checking subscription information
Step 1 : Send a message to MobiFone operator
If the network has not sent a message to your subscribers in time, you should actively check the information for your subscribers by writing TTTB message to 1414 Free charge for sending messages . Then the information returned will be: full name; birthday; ID card number (or passport, ID card), place of identification; list of subscriber numbers that individuals are using (for individual subscribers); name of organization, number of legal entity certificate (for subscribers being organizations).

Step 2 : Confirm subscription information with MobiFone switchboard
Contact 9090 to check the information with the agents.
Case 1 : If your information is completely accurate and has all the required paperwork, it may be due to an error from the system, staff will update the information right on the system for you. . You can continue using the mobile without going to the store.
Case 2: If you lack information or incorrect information, you need to go to Mobifone transaction shops to be assisted by the staff with necessary procedures to edit and update information. In some cases, if the subscriber has registered Mobifone information before, but the information still lacks portrait, the operator will still send a message asking that subscriber to go to Mobifone store to update more portrait photos. .
With MobiFone subscribers, users need to go to the nearest MobiFone transaction points to update information. Or users can find transaction points on My MobiFone application, under " Find MobiFone transaction points ".
How to add information right at home
As expected, starting from April 25, MobiFone users do not have to go through transaction points to update subscription information but can do it online right at home with the following ways.
How to update information via the link received via message
Step 1 : For those who need to re-register subscriber information, can access the website www.mobifone.vn, select 'Register information'
Step 2 : Then log in to "account name" then enter the phone number and select login.
Step 3 : After login is complete, your job is now to fill in the information required by the system such as: Update ID number, date of issue, place of issue, the number of regular contacts in three months, photo capture your front, back, portrait, full name and address, . After filling in the information, press the Commit button, sign your request as completed.
Step 4 : After updating successfully online you will have to wait for SMS confirmation from the network. If you are not authenticated by the operator, you need to do it again or go to the store to update.
Note : Online information registration channel only applies to subscribers receiving messages. For subscribers who do not receive the message you need to go to the store.
How to update via MobiFone homepage
Note that this form is only applicable to subscribers who receive messages to update information), the steps are similar to updating information via messages, you can do the following (apply since April 25, it has not been implemented yet:
Step 1 : Go to https://dktt.mobifone.vn.
Step 2 : Enter the subscription number and password in the content of the SMS sent to the subscriber number and update the information.
Step 3 : After logging in, complete the required information: Update ID number, date of issue, place of issue, the number of regular contacts in three months, photos of front and back ID cards, Your portrait, full name, address, . After filling in the information, press the Commit button and sign as required. After the user completes the update information will be notified on the screen with the content: 'Your information has been received and processed. MobiFone will notify when the update is completed. After registering, MobiFone will also check the information, your profile will be updated and will send confirmation information to the subscriber number.
How to update via My MobiFone application
In the form of updating subscriber information via My MobiFone application, users follow these steps:
Step 1 : Install My MobiFone application according to the link below.

Step 2 : Log in My MobiFone application installed on your device and go to Personal> Update information.
If the user is not an additional object, updating the subscription information in this batch will receive a notice: 'MobiFone is pleased to announce, your subscriber is not in the list of updates for this batch. Thank you for using MobiFone 'service. If the user is updated, adding subscriber information will continue to perform step 2.
Step 3 : Perform update information. You need to update information: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, province / city, district, ward / commune, address, paper information (papers, place of issue, date) level, number of papers), photo paper information (front, back, portrait).
