Mobifone 3G / 4G network is having trouble inaccessible on a large scale, customer care center is paralyzed

This morning, many Mobifone users have trouble accessing 3G / 4G mobile networks, even without the H + icon. Initially, many people believe that the cause of the incident is due to weak waves or their phones having problems. After the user uploads to Mobifone's official facebook asking about this issue, the operator has confirmed the service of the company having a problem on a large scale, including in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Although "Mobile data" is enabled on the phone with SIM MobiFone with 4G capacity, users still cannot access the Internet.

Specifically, the operator answered Mobifone's feedback about not being able to access 3G / 4G mobile phones as follows: "Hello! Very sorry for your inconvenience. Currently in some areas (For example, Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City .) encountering the phenomenon of difficult to use the service, Ad has received the information of technical inspection and remediation, please sympathize with the other time later!
