Viettel, MobiFone, VinaPhone have temporarily not locked the SIM subscribers without adding personal information after April 24
According to Government Decree 49/2017 / ND-CP, from April 24, 2018 onwards, all mobile subscribers are required to have accurate information and portraits, fully coinciding with subscriber.
Immediately after the big operators like Viettel and MobiFone announced that they would lock one-way subscribers who did not add information after April 24, crowded with customers, they came to the information supply places to wait in line. In order to support customers, the operators have implemented online software updates for customers.
And recently, some big operators have announced that they have temporarily locked customers' SIM cards after the deadline for updating subscriber information.
In particular, at Viettel's transaction points, there are a series of announcements: " Viettel will not lock the customer subscription number according to the decree 49, so customers are assured when they can register."

MobiFone also said that after April 24, 2018, unregistered subscribers will temporarily not be locked. The operator will continue to support customers with updates.

VinaPhone network has also announced that it will officially delay the time of adding customers' information and images to the end of May 15, instead of the deadline of April 24 as before.

However, subscribers do not provide enough information to arrange time to shop for additional information and photos in accordance with the Government's regulations to ensure their rights.
