Step 2: When the message asking for opening device and account manager appears in the browser, click Allow to move to the next step.

Step 3: Click the Install button (Install) -> enter the password (if any) -> accept some requests from Apple -> click the Install button (>) -> then restart the computer when required .

If your device is on iOS 13 / iPadOS 13, you need to do one more thing: Open Settings -> click Downloaded profile to install the profile.
