3. If the number has the last digit of 5
Case 1 : Reading is 'year' when the tens is equal to 0 or when combined with the name of the row name, the word '' after ''.
For example:
78905: Seventy-eight thousand and nine hundred and five
687586: Six hundred and eighty seven thousand five hundred eighty-six.
505155: Five hundred and five thousand and one hundred and fifty.
Case 2 : When the end is 5 we will read "five" when the number of tens is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 9
(read 'five' when combined with the previous 'ten' or 'ten').
For example:
9845: Nine thousand eight hundred and forty five
5555: Five thousand five hundred and fifty five.
98675: Ninety-eight thousand six hundred and seventy-five
