Upgrade calendar to Android Pie for Samsung devices is supported
Samsung recently announced the entire upgrade schedule for Android Pie for supported devices on the Samsung Members app.
Accordingly, Galaxy S9 and S9 + will be upgraded to Andrdoid Pie in January 2019. This is an upgrade for S9 / S9 + models belonging to the predefined version for carriers.
Earlier, Samsung promised to bring Android Pie to the latest phablet model Galaxy Note 9 in January 2019. But in this latest announcement, Note 9 will not be upgraded to Android 9 before February 2019. However, it is likely that the February term is for the version 9 Note 9 network, while the international version is updated in January 2019.
Also included in this upgrade program to Android Pie this time is Samsung Galaxy S8 devices, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy A9, Galaxy A8, Galaxy J4, .
Galaxy S7 and S7 edge have received 2 major OS updates since launch, so they do not appear on this list.
