Tips to fix camera screen errors on iPhone
Although specialized mechanical cameras often produce beautiful, artistic pictures, most users still prefer mobile phone cameras.
Part of it is portability, convenience, part price, and integrates many functions in one phone.
Thanks to the high resolution, users quite trust the iPhone's camera. However, during use, the quality of the iPhone's camera also goes down and it is very common for users to not be able to access the camera before taking pictures, recording videos, making calls or accessing but only appear. the screen is black or white . So when I encounter these errors, what should I fix?
1. The camera only sees black
If your iPhone's camera screen is completely black, first check if there's anything behind it. Otherwise, the camera screen may have hardware or software errors.
Now try to call Facetime or use other video calling apps for someone. Check out both the front and rear cameras. If they still work normally, you can rest assured because the machine only has software errors.
Once the software error has been identified, turn off the camera app completely by pressing the Home key twice. The screen will now show the recently used applications. Next, find the camera app and swipe up to turn it off.
Hold down the Home and Power keys to Hard Reset the device (Hold down the Power key and the volume down key if using an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus). Then check the camera app again.
2. The captured picture is blurred or out of focus
One of the camera errors that iPhone users often encounter is the blurry or out-of-focus photo. However, users should not worry, if you get dirty, try it immediately by wiping it off with a soft lint-free cloth (microfiber cloth). Then test the camera again.
If you own an iPhone with optical image stabilization (iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7/7 Plus, iPhone 8/8 Plus and iPhone X) you will see a metal case or magnetic lens accessories may affect this function. Try removing these accessories, then take a photo and compare with the previous image.
If you accidentally turn on the AF / AE lock feature on the iPhone, the camera will focus on the focus that the user has locked and blurs the surroundings. To turn off this feature and turn on autofocus, just touch an empty spot on the iPhone screen.
3. The flash on iPhone won't turn on
Although the pictures would look better without a Flash, in some cases Flash is also needed to improve the image. If the Flash doesn't work, try to fix it by checking your phone's LED flash with a flashlight, accessible from Control Center.
Make sure the flash setting is set to Auto, On or Off by tapping the lightning bolt icon in the top left corner of the screen. However, be careful when using the Flash in extremely hot environments. At this point, iPhone will announce to turn off the Flash until it cools down.
