This guy has successfully run the software of Mac computers on iPad Pro 2018

On the iPad after installing macOS, all applications of this operating system from Finder to Safari and Final Cut Pro are active. Features like the iPad Pro's touch screen and Pencil also work normally.

Being able to see and use an iPad Pro 2018 running macOS as a miracle.

And for that miracle to happen, Jonathan Morrison used a support device called Luna Display to turn the iPad Pro into a secondary monitor.

You need to choose the correct USB-C version of Luna Display and plug the device directly into the Mac Mini USB-C port, not through the adapter.

And finally, with the help of physical mouse and keyboard, you can use iPad Pro.

The iPad Pro accessories still support the macOS operating system well. You can even use Smart Keyboard to charge and connect magnetically to iPad Pro.

Morrison said that this indirect use has negligible latency.

However, according to Morrison, buying a iPad Pro 2018 just to run macOS is wasted because the money is quite large.

Also, in order to transfer data from the Mac Mini to iPad Pro without interruption, you need to make sure both devices connect to a wifi network and the connection speed is stable.

The audio will play through the Mac Mini, not via the iPad Pro, so you must connect the Mac Mini to the headset or external speaker.

To set everything up from scratch, you'll need another monitor. After all settings are complete, this screen will no longer be needed.

Morrison said, this system works great beyond his imagination. Morrison used Final Cut Pro - advanced video editing software on Apple Mac computers and to run on iPad Pro 2018. As a result, this software still runs smoothly.

Of course, this setup is still limited but it shows macOS software and keyboard, mouse, touch screen, Pencil pen can work well on iPad Pro.
