1. Use 2 printers at the same time with Driver

2. Using a USB connection too long or through a port forward

Slow printer printing, slower than normal operation can occur when you use a  USB  connection that is too long, or your USB port is connected via a port forward. At this point, you can try one of the following 2 workarounds:

Save the work on the computer and then restart (Restart)  laptop ,  computer .

Step 1: Open Control Panel from the search bar on the Taskbar.

Step 2: Select the Administrative Tools item.

Step 3: Double-click the Services item.

Step 4: Scroll down to find and right-click the Print Spooler command > Select Properties.

Step 5: In the Service status section, select the Start command.

3. File is heavy

In many cases, the file you need to print is too heavy (taking up a lot of space) also causing the printer to print slowly, the printer does not work fast.

If you suspect the printer is printing slowly because the file is heavy, you can try printing another file that is lighter in size. If the printer works fine when you print the lighter file, you can try to split the heavy file into smaller pieces and then print.

4. Set the number of copy to more than 50 sheets

Similar to the case of a heavy file, the printer can be completely overloaded when you set the print mode to print more than 50 sheets, resulting in a slow printer, not guaranteeing the printing speed. as usual.

At this time, you need to double check that you are printing more than 50 sheets, if so, you should reduce the amount of paper in one time to prevent your printer from being overloaded because of processing. much.

5. Too many print jobs

The condition that the printer is overloaded with many print jobs at the same time is very common, this situation occurs when the user places too many print jobs at the same time, making the machine unable to handle it. So, follow the instructions below to fix this situation!

Step 1: You open Control Panel quickly with the search bar.

Step 2: Open the Devices and Printers section.

Step 3: Right-click on the printer that is receiving the slow command error> Select See what's printing.

Step 4: Select the Cancel All Documents command to delete the entire print job.

After you have deleted all print jobs, let the machine rest for about 1 minute and then continue to issue the print job again. You should put a few print jobs at once to avoid the printer being overloaded!

6. Windows operating system is faulty

One of the other reasons you can think of when the printer is printing slowly is due to a  faulty Windows operating system  , possibly  caused by a  Virus . At this time, you need to scan for Install Virus or Ghost again in Windows.

7. The configuration of the computer is weak
