PUBG Mobile Sanhok: 3 Dangerous Areas in Ha Tinh

Ha Tinh is a coastal settlement on PUBG Mobile's compact Sanhok map. Its buildings provide useful early loot, but the water, open roads, narrow approaches, and sightlines through the central compound can trap a squad that stays too long. The three areas below deserve particular care.

Map geometry and loot can change with game updates or special modes, so use the screenshots as landmarks rather than a guarantee that every object or spawn will remain identical.

1. The northern fishing village

The small buildings along the far northern shore look quiet, but the coastline limits your escape routes. A team approaching from inland can push you toward the water, while the bridge and exposed road make a late retreat easy to watch. Players moving between separate huts are also vulnerable to crossfire.

How to play it safely

• Land at one end of the village and clear buildings in a consistent direction instead of splitting across the shore.
• Secure a weapon before entering open ground; do not chase a better loot pile without cover.
• Keep one inland exit available. Check the bridge, hillside, and road before the zone forces you to move.
• Use smoke to cross an exposed approach, but throw it early enough to form a screen before leaving cover.
• In a squad, avoid putting every player inside adjacent shoreline huts. One teammate watching the inland angle can warn of a push.

2. The central house and container yard

The central compound attracts players because several loot routes converge there. Containers, walls, windows, and the main structure create many short sightlines and hiding places. Focusing on items at your feet can let an opponent hold an angle from the house or circle behind a container.

How to play it safely

• Listen for footsteps, doors, vaulting, and weapon pickups before entering the yard.
• Clear one angle at a time. Do not stand in the middle and scan every direction while exposed.
• Use third-person peeking where the mode allows it, but change position after firing so an enemy cannot pre-aim the same corner.
• Close doors behind you only when the sound will not reveal your route; an open door can also serve as evidence that another player passed through.
• Loot after the immediate area is secure. Ammunition, armor, and healing matter more than perfect attachments during the first fight.

The central house can provide a broad view, but that also makes its windows predictable. An opponent outside may watch the opening while another player pushes the entrance. Move between firing positions and avoid silhouetting yourself in the same window.

3. The roadside houses

The road has little hard cover, so crossing toward the outer houses can expose you to players in windows, on higher ground, or behind vegetation. Sanhok's short engagement distances make even a brief straight-line sprint dangerous, especially when a team has already heard shots from Ha Tinh.

How to cross with less risk

1. Stop behind cover and observe the destination building, nearby trees, and the far side of the road.
2. Reload, heal, and decide on a specific piece of cover before moving.
3. Cross at the narrowest useful point rather than running along the road.
4. Use smoke when the enemy angle is known. A random smoke cloud can advertise your route without blocking the correct sightline.
5. Have one teammate cover while another crosses, then reverse roles. Do not send the entire squad through the same doorway.

A better Ha Tinh landing plan

Choose the landing based on other parachutes

Look around while descending. If several players are committing to the center, a shoreline building can provide time to arm before fighting. If the village is crowded, divert to a nearby compound rather than landing late on an occupied roof.

Set an early time limit

Sanhok is only 4 km by 4 km, according to the official PUBG Mobile map reference. Players can therefore reach Ha Tinh quickly from neighboring areas. Decide when to leave based on the first safe zone, available vehicles, and the sound of nearby fighting instead of searching every room.

Carry tools for close fights and rotations

An automatic weapon is valuable inside the compound, while a DMR or stable assault rifle helps watch roads and hills. Keep smoke grenades for open crossings and frag grenades for opponents holding small rooms. On Sanhok, suppressors and flash hiders can also make it harder for distant teams to identify your exact position.

Rotate from cover to cover

Avoid the shortest route if it runs through open road or low shoreline. Trees, rocks, ridges, and buildings provide checkpoints where you can stop, listen, and reassess. When the blue zone is close, leave enough time to clear the next compound instead of arriving while forced to sprint.

Common mistakes at Ha Tinh

• Landing separately and allowing an enemy squad to isolate teammates.
• Looting containers without checking the central house and surrounding approaches.
• Remaining on the coast until the safe zone removes the only protected rotation.
• Repeating a window peek after an opponent has already aimed at it.
• Crossing the road in a straight group with no smoke or covering fire.
• Assuming vegetation is hard cover; grass and bushes conceal but do not stop bullets.
