Arena of Valor Exquisite Charm Draw: How It Works

Exquisite Charm is a limited-time Arena of Valor draw that exchanges event currency or draw papers for a random reward. The reward pool, price, duplicate compensation and event dates can change between servers, so check the rules displayed in your game before spending vouchers or other paid currency.

How the Exquisite Charm draw works

When the event is active, open the in-game Shop and look for Treasure, Draw or the event banner. The exact label depends on the regional client and language. 1. Open the Exquisite Charm event page.
2. Select the reward-pool or rules button before drawing.
3. Check the cost of one draw and any multi-draw option.
4. Confirm whether unused papers or tokens expire when the event ends.
5. Choose a draw only after reviewing the confirmation screen.

A draw produces one of the items currently listed in the pool; it does not normally let you select any skin shown on the banner. Promotional images may feature the most desirable rewards without indicating their probability.

Depending on the event, papers may be sold individually, included in a bundle, granted by login or mission rewards, or included in a pass. These sources are not permanent. Open each offer and verify its contents, price and purchase limit; do not assume that an offer shown in an older screenshot still exists.

Claim free papers first when the current event page explicitly offers them. Avoid third-party sellers, “free voucher” generators and sites that request your account password. For announcements and regional support links, use the official Arena of Valor website.

If the event is missing

Restart the game after installing updates, finish any pending resource download and check the Events and Shop menus. Availability can differ by server and account region. If the banner has ended or is not offered on your server, there is no safe method to force it to appear.
