it is hard to find official details about this wallpaper, but according to the Windows Wallpaper Wiki (not affiliated with Microsoft), the installed wallpaper is a collage of images in just two colors (blue and black) with a gradient map overlaid on them. These images include a motherboard, keyboard, mouse, cables, and CDs.
