Samsung awards up to 200,000 USD for those who find its smartphone bugs
Recently, Samsung Group announced the launch of Mobile Security Rewards program - awarding up to 200,000 USD to those who find bugs and security holes in their mobile device software.
This strategy allows to detect and correct errors before they are found and attacked by cyber criminals. Major technology firms such as Google, Microsoft, and Nintendo and several other companies also implemented the same Bug Bounty program to uncover security vulnerabilities early.
Besides, Samsung also invited experts to assess the integrity of its mobile devices and conduct monthly and quarterly security updates for related software.
