Mark Mentovai, a Google software engineer proudly announced on the Chromium Blog, said: 'We're pleased to announce the arrival of the Mac Canary version. When releasing Google Chrome Canary for Windows, we have received more feedback on things about our new browser in the future. And since then, hundreds of thousands of Windows users have contributed to Chrome's development using Canary and sending valuable feedback '.

Mentovai also added that the Mac version of Google Chrome Canary has automatic updates more frequently than Dev channels and does not have to undergo any manuals.

Users can run simultaneously with a beta Dev or stable version of Google Chrome Canary. This version allows users to use, synchronize bookmarks, extensions and themes. In addition, users can run it separately by removing it from Sync.

As with all versions of open source web browser, Chrome with Canary code for Mac will require an Intel chipset, Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard or later require a minimum of 128MB of RAM and must be over 100MB Hard disk space.

Users can download and install Google Chrome Canary completely free here for Mac OS X.
