A member of the PreCentral forum, decided to test the launch of WebOS on the PC by copying the emulator file to the hard drive and trying to boot from it.

However, WebOS will only run on hard drives with IDE connections that cannot be compatible with SATA types at this time. The operating system does not support the device, but instead the user must use a keyboard or a touch screen.
