Microsoft released anti-Zotob program

Yesterday, August 18, Microsoft released a new version of the Malicious Software Removal Tool to combat new variants of Zotob worms that endanger computers that haven't patched MS05-038 .  

The Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool 1.7.1 is available as a free download.In this new version, Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool is capable of fighting new Zotobvariantssuch asZotob.A, Zotob.B, Zotob.C, Zotob.D, Zotob.E, Bobax.O, Esbot .A, Rbot.MA, Rbot.MB and Rbot.MC.Although Zotob does not destroy the entire system, it is the reason Windows often starts automatically and opens the back door for unauthorized intrusion.
