Microsoft and Apple are the most trusted technology giants
Facebook's scandal about personal data and privacy has made users think more carefully before agreeing to give their information to technology companies. There is no doubt that in the future there will be many changes with stricter regulations.
According to a survey conducted by SurveyMonkey and Recode , users in the US are still more reassured when they give their information to Tesla, Lyft, Microsoft, Amazon and Apple.
When asked, referring to the security of personal information, the company you do not trust the most, not less than 56% of respondents said it was Facebook. This is understandable as the world's largest social network is suffering from a small scandal. In the next few months, even the next few years, the level of trust will decrease until people forget about old things.

Apple and Microsoft won the game
Meanwhile, two other big players, Apple and Microsoft, still gained impressive points thanks to the US government's war to protect users' privacy. For example, Apple refused to interfere with San Bernardino shooter iPhone, forcing the FBI to ask for help from a third party.
Apple said that trying to unlock the iPhone would compromise user safety. The FBI will have a tool to see all devices, not just criminals.
Microsoft is entangled in a legal battle with the US government in storing data on overseas servers. Although it was required to transfer user information located in a data center in Ireland, Microsoft refused, saying that US orders were effective in the US border.
