The following guide provides a clear overview of Todobook, with the most relevant background, details, and practical takeaways.
Todobook Overview

The extension that the Network Administrator wants to introduce to you here is called Todobook. This extension will "replace" your New Feeds with a list of tasks that need to be completed.

And after you've completed the list of jobs that are set, Todobook will automatically unlock New Feed within 5 minutes and allow you to surf Facebook as usual. After 5 minutes, this extension will immediately lock New Feed once again, and ask you to set up a list of new jobs to complete those tasks.
In addition to disabling New Feed, Todobook also disables Facebook notifications to prevent users from being distracted by notifications from social networks.

In case if you have not completed the tasks in the list, but you want to flip through to see New Feed, you can click on the Quitter button to do this.
After completing the day's work, you can disable the Todobook extension and use Facebook normally.
