At 2:00 am, you spend the last hour and stand idly on the road in a strange city, how do you call a taxi to pick up to the hotel if the ATM does not exist and the mobile phone has not appeared?

Technology is everywhere and many people can't imagine an entertainment life with only TV and radio. They get annoyed if they are disconnected from the Internet one day or their smartphones run out of battery. CIO.com lists some examples to remind people that not long ago, they also had years of no "luxury" items like laptops, phones and the Internet. Phone: A father stood in front of the pharmacy because he forgot what kind of antibiotics and syrup he was using. A public relations officer has broken a car but cannot postpone an important appointment. A short-lived tearful wife sat by the tray at 10pm because she did not know if her husband had an unexpected incident.

Computer: About ten years ago, few people had the concept of bringing home work to do.

Internet: The most boring life and entertainment "hi-tech" is gathered around the family watching TV shows.

"Adult" content: They will have to quickly buy magazines that post photos that are sensitive and hidden under the mat.

Music player: Think back to the days you spent time listening to the music show on the radio and hurrying to record your favorite songs.

Google: Without online search tools, people have to go back to the library and snorkel in old book lists. Not to mention, maybe other people borrowed the books they needed.

Facebook: People are more likely to visit each other than they do now, they don't meet for several months but still feel normal due to constantly updating each other's situation via social networks.

Wi-Fi and mobile Internet: When going out to dinner together, they have to talk to each other instead of each person glued to the phone screen, laptop.
