LG Electronics recently introduced the A510 - its latest 3D laptop using DirectX 11 based on Intel's Calpella platform and 3D features and a 15.6-inch LED display using backlit backlighting.

The computer is equipped with an Intel Core i7 processor, 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT 425M graphics card, SRS TruSurround HD audio technology, it also comes with a pair of polarized glasses and TriDef software to convert 2D to 3D.
" 3D is gradually becoming popular in the needs of home entertainment and so we always try to work to create better technology, making it easier for users to access new technologies" - Dr. Skott Ahn, president and chief executive of mobile communications company LG Electronic said. "As more and more users approach and interact via mobile screens, we think this will be the next step for the travel business, students and small and medium office owners. And we packed it all in an eye-catching design because we simply don't think high technology should be like a pizza box . "
The A510 will be available in Asia, South America, the Middle East and Africa starting in October 2010. There will be 2 colors for the product: dark blue and gray gold.
