After Viettel, VinaPhone also sends a notice requesting customers to add information before April 24, if not one-way
Not only Viettel, VinaPhone and other networks are also urging customers to supplement information according to Decree 49/2017 / ND-CP.
Decree 49/2017 / ND-CP is issued to manage mobile subscribers well, avoid garbage sim and help protect customer information better. In this decree also stated that subscribers who have not updated enough information after April 24 will likely be locked in one direction.
In order to comply with the provisions of Decree 49/2017 / ND-CP and protect customers' rights, VinaPhone requests customers to receive a notification message from the operator to quickly complete the additional registration (information and portrait photos) at transaction points before April 24.
In addition, to check personal information related to the number of VinaPhone mobile phones in use, customers can write TTTB syntax to 1414 . If you find the information is incomplete and incorrect, please quickly add it.
To serve customers, VinaPhone will open up service hours at transaction points nationwide until 21:00 every day.
