More than 16 million computers are infected with viruses, the average damage caused by computer viruses to each user, according to calculations of BKIS, estimated at VND 488,000 / year.
According to BKIS statistics, Flashy continues to be the most contagious virus in Vietnam during the month. This USB-based virus has infected more than 1.1 million computers in Vietnam since its inception.
In January 2007, there were also over 20 websites attacked by three common forms of attack, including: direct attacks, indirect attacks and domain name attacks.
