But unfortunately, U/LegalBeagle1966's dream girl is actually a deepfake created by two computer science students with the aim of 'seeing if you can fool people with AI photos' .
They used Stable Diffusion, an AI program that creates stunningly realistic photos using just text, to create Claudia. The couple asked Stable Diffusion to create a selfie of a girl 'without makeup with black, straight, shoulder-length hair, bangs against a simple background'.
When he discovered the truth about the 'perfect' woman of his dreams being a product of AI, U/LegalBeagle1966 was extremely heartbroken.
According to Rolling Stone, 'personality girls' created by AI - also known as non-celebrities are being sold by some Discord communities for as cheap as 5 USD per photo. They have such realistic image quality that they have fooled many users.
The two creators of Claudia also earned about 100 USD selling nude photos of this virtual girl, before the truth was revealed.
