Who can register?

The official package page states that YOLO125G is available to eligible prepaid and postpaid subscribers newly activated within 30 days, and to active two-way prepaid subscribers who meet VinaPhone’s usage conditions. A rejection message usually means the number is not in the eligible group, not that the SMS syntax is wrong.

What “free data for Liên Quân Mobile” does not necessarily cover

Zero-rated game access normally applies only to traffic that the operator identifies as belonging to the included service. App-store downloads, game updates, advertising, account login through another service, voice chat, livestreaming, linked websites, VPN traffic and tethering may consume the general allowance or be charged under other rules. Keep enough normal data available for patches and authentication.
