MU Awaken VNG gift codes can unlock promotional items, but codes are time-limited, region-specific, and sometimes restricted to new characters or selected servers. Use only codes announced by VNG or shown inside the current game, then redeem them through the official in-game or publisher-provided page.
The new-player code and reward bundle in the original article are no longer verified as active. The old claim of 5 Jewel of Bless, locked gems, and 200,000 Zen has therefore been removed rather than presented as a current offer.
Confirm that you have the correct game
The Vietnamese release is listed as MU Awaken - VNG on Google Play, published by VNG. Check the publisher, package identity, and current homepage named in the store listing before using an external redemption site.
- Do not confuse MU Awaken VNG with MU: Awakening, MU: Dark Awakening, or another game using the MU name.
- A code for a different region or publisher will not work on the VNG account.
- Never install a modified APK to make a code “compatible.”
Where to find legitimate MU Awaken codes
- Announcements inside the verified game client.
- The homepage or social channels linked by VNG's official app-store listing.
- Publisher-run livestreams and event pages.
- Messages in the in-game mailbox that identify the event and redemption deadline.
A search result, fan page, video description, or copied “code generator” is not an official source. Genuine promotional codes should not require a payment, password, one-time verification code, or installation of another app.
Historical external redemption flow
The screenshots below document the older MU Awaken VNG process. The page design, login methods, and URLs may have changed. Start from the publisher's current game site instead of typing an address shown in an old image.
1. Claim or copy the promotional code
Older event pages displayed a Receive Giftcode button. When a current official event provides a code, copy it exactly, including capitalization and numbers.

2. Open the official redemption page
Use the redemption link from the current VNG announcement. Confirm that the domain belongs to the publisher before signing in. Select the same login method used to create the game character.

3. Choose the server and character
Paste the code, select the correct server and character, complete the verification field, and review the displayed recipient before choosing Receive Rewards.

If the current game provides an in-app code menu instead, use that method and collect the reward from the mailbox or inventory location named in the confirmation.
Before you submit a code
- Check the event deadline and eligible server.
- Create a character first if the rules require one.
- Verify the character name and server; rewards may not be transferable.
- Paste the code without leading or trailing spaces.
- Take a screenshot of the success or error message.
- Check in-game mail and inventory before submitting the same code again.
Why a code may not work
- Expired: The event period ended even though another site still lists the code.
- Already used: Many codes work once per account or character.
- Wrong edition: The code belongs to another MU game, publisher, or country.
- Wrong server/character: The selected recipient is not eligible.
- Usage limit reached: Some campaigns issue only a fixed number of claims.
- Typing error: Characters such as O/0 and I/1 are easy to confuse.
If an official current code fails, contact support through the game and include the player ID, server, character, event name, code source, time attempted, and screenshot. Do not post the unused code or account details publicly.
Account safety
- Enter credentials only on the publisher's verified domain or inside the app.
- Do not share a password, recovery code, SMS code, or authenticator code.
- Avoid pages that ask you to complete surveys or download a “code unlocker.”
- Do not pay a stranger to redeem a free promotional code.
- Keep purchase receipts separate from code-redemption screenshots.
Players who prefer a larger screen can compare current options in TipsMake's Android emulator guide, but account and redemption security rules remain the same on a PC. For another example of a clearly structured redemption workflow, see TipsMake's MU Legend of Tarkan code guide; its codes are for a different game and cannot be used in MU Awaken.
