How many players can join the same lobby in Meccha Chameleon?

Interestingly, Meccha Chameleon  doesn't seem to have a fixed limit on the number of players in a round. However, the recommended limit is between two and ten people. The quality of a game session depends on the host and their internet connection.

Players with stronger connections can create lobbies with more friends. However, this can cause connection problems. If the host disconnects, the session will end immediately. Therefore, you should choose a host with a good connection and keep the number of players in the lobby under 10.

How to play Meccha Chameleon with friends

To begin, create a server from the multiplayer menu and enter a server name. You can also set a password if you want to keep the session private and only allow invited players access.

You can also add tags to your server, making it easier for other players to identify the type of game you're hosting.

If you want to invite friends directly, press Esc to access the Friend List tab . This menu displays your Steam friends, allowing you to send invitations without having to type names to search. This is the quickest way to invite friends to join the same game.

Additionally, your friends can find your game room through the server browser. Make sure your server has an easily recognizable name and relevant tags so it stands out in the list. When searching for a game room, select Find Server and make sure you've clicked Search Public Servers. This will display a list of available servers and allow you to find the server your friends want to join.

Please note that Meccha Chameleon does not support cross-platform play. Currently, the game is only available exclusively on Steam for PC and there is no console version. Therefore, cross-play between PC and console is not supported.
