How to pin, pin a window of any Google Chrome?

The answer given here is that you refer to and use Always on Top plugin for Google Chrome at the following address:
- Download and install Always on Top for Chrome from Google Store.
After successfully installing Always On Top for Chrome , go to about: flag and turn on Panels on (switch from Disable to Enable ):
- Type chrome: // flags / into the Google Chrome address bar.
- Find (press Ctrl + F) to the Panels section and switch from Disable or Default to Enable .
Save changes, restart Chrome. Basically, we have completed the setup. From now on, if you want to open any website, address, domain in the Google Chrome window in Always On Top mode, just right-click on the link and select > Always on Top> EXT as shown below:
Always On Top will display that link in a collapsed window, and of course always on other applications:
