How to Make Crispy Fresh Milk Cake

• 440ml of fresh milk with or without sugar, depending on your preference.
• 8 eggs.
• 50g cornstarch.
• 100g of sugar.
• 2 tubes of vanilla.
• 200g deep fried flour.
• Cooking oil.

Steps for making crispy fresh milk cake

Step 1: Crush 2 egg yolks. Put the yolks in a large bowl with 2 tubes of vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch and stir well until the cornstarch and sugar dissolve.

Step 2: Add the milk to the mixture and stir well.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the pot and put it on the stove over medium heat. During the extrusion process, you stir constantly until the mixture is thick and shiny, then turn off the heat.

Step 4: Use cooking oil to spread the surface of the food container evenly, then pour the freshly cooled custard mixture, use a spatula to flat the surface, then cover in the refrigerator for 90 minutes.
