How to copy and insert animated GIFs?
Using Gif animations is a great solution to create a sense of animation for your content. You can download Gif animations on the Internet, then insert animation to the location you want (on documents, webpage or blog, .). However, copying and downloading Gif animations to the device is really not easy at all.
In the following article, Network Administrator will guide you 2 ways to download, copy and insert Gif animation to the location you want.
1. Save the entire HTML page
Step 1 :
Visit the website containing the Gif animation you want to copy and save.
Step 2 :
Open the Settings window on the browser, then select Save Page (on Firefox browser) or More tools => Save page as (on Google Chrome).
Now a dialog box appears, just save the page to any location you want.
Step 3 :
Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer, then navigate to the location where you save the page. You should now see a newly created folder and the same name but saved as HTML.
Step 4 :
Open that folder and search for * .gif - it will display the search result as the gif animation you want.
Step 5 :
You can paste downloaded Gif images into Microsoft Word files, emails or web pages.
Step 6 :
On Microsoft Word, you visit Insert => Picture to embed Gif animation into. However on MS Word does not display Gif animation. If you want to embed Gif animation into MS Word, you will have to save the Word document as a Web Page. And when you open Web Page document (created by MS Word) on Uwbe browser you will see Gif animation.
2. Copy and paste GIF animation
Step 1 :
Access the webpage showing the GIF animation you want.
Step 2 :
Right-click the image and then select Save image as .
Step 3 :
Navigate to the location where you want to save the image .
Step 4 :
Rename the image if you want, select Save .
Step 5 :
Now you have saved all Gif images on your computer, and you can insert images into the Word document, email or webpage you want.
