You can easily download this update via OTA (Over The Air) method using Wifi in the device's settings, the steps to upgrade Android 8.0 are as follows:
Step 1:
From the phone home screen, go to Settings and then select Software update.
Step 2:
A new message appears, select Download manual update.
Step 3:
Galaxy note 8 is proceeding to download the Android 8.0 update, you need to wait about 15 to 20 minutes if the network is fast.
Step 4:
The above process is complete, you can proceed to install immediately to experience or leave overnight depending on your preferences and needs.
