Today, developers have extracted a file from the Windows Phone 8.1 SDK application development kit. This file contains a total of 39 new features that Windows Phone machines will receive when OEMs update.

Update 8.1 will help Windows Phone more "mainstream"

  1. Share a secure Wi-Fi connection with contacts if they have a Wi-Fi Sense app (no Wi-Fi password required).
