Aspire 3811TZ, Acer 'green' laptop
Aspire 3811TZ and Aspire 3811TZG, though without a sleek design, are evident in green but are also Acer's eco-friendly product lines.
The new model has a PVC or BFR-free case that is harmful to the environment.
With two new products Acer has not been able to implement the plan set out in 2005.

The Aspire 3811TZ and Aspire 3811TZG, though without a sleek design, are evident in the green color of the Sony Vaio W Eco, but also Acer's eco-friendly product line. Both of these products are quite thin and own a 13.3-inch widescreen and the case is made of PVC or BFR - substances that are considered toxic to human health and surrounding living space. In addition, the two models are also equipped with ULV Intel Core 2 Duo low-voltage processor for higher battery life.
Despite the efforts of these two products, Acer has not been able to implement its plan in 2005 to not use PVC, BFR or toxic PVC softeners in all its products before. 2009.
