Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has broken the screen after updating to Android 10
A few days ago, Mi A2 Lite - a smartphone running Android's original Android operating system has been updated to the latest Android 10 version. While it is quite normal to have a few minor bugs in the new update, according to a Reddit user, the LCD screen on his Mi A2 Lite was broken shortly after the update. Update success.
Specifically, after updating Android 10 for his Mi A2 Lite, this guy spotted a few black spots on the bottom edge of the screen after the first launch. Before the update, the screen of the device was normal and there was no sign of degradation.
Of course, this is not the only case. Apart from the aforementioned guy, a few other people also confirmed the same problem happened on their device. Most likely, this is a bug in the kernel (the kernel of the operating system, which "communicates" between hardware and software) , causing the backlight voltage to be higher than the standard level and accidentally burns the ball.
The screen of Mi A2 Lite appears many black spots on the bottom edge.
Notably, Reddit user also said that after updating to Android 10, his Mi A2 Lite dropped the battery to 66%, although it was fully charged before. At the moment, Xiaomi has not provided any feedback on this issue.
Xiaomi's original A-series smartphones running Android have been running one after the other. Recently, the Mi A3 has been updated to Android 10 but due to so many bugs, Xiaomi had to release a new OTA version to bring these devices to the lower version.
