LibreOffice is a free and open source office suite released by The Document Foundation in 2011. As of this latest version, LibreOffice has undergone various upgrade versions. with many new features. In addition to the ability to view, create and edit text documents, spreadsheets or presentations from the Microsoft Office suite, LibreOffice also contains database applications, drawing and math applications.

In version 4.4, LibreOffice introduced will bring a new user interface and features such as:

  1. Support electronic signature in PDF file
  2. The Toolbar bar is rearranged.
  3. Improving context menus, status bar and Sidebar.
  4. Support OpenGL conversion process on Windows.
  5. Theme with SIFR monochrome icon is expanded and set as default on OS X.
  6. Free installation of Carlito and Caladea fonts to replace Microsoft's Calibri and Cambria.
  7. Add some new default templates.
  8. Improved Track Changes toolbar.
  9. Enhance interoperability with OOXML file formats.
